Welcome to Mountain View Tourist Home. By using our website and booking our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.

1. Booking and Payment
All bookings are subject to availability.
Payment must be made in full at the time of booking.

2. Check-In and Check-Out
Check-in time is 2 PM.
Check-out time is 2 PM.
​
3. Cancellation Policy
Free cancellation up to 24 hours before check-in.
A cancellation fee of ₹1000 will be charged if cancelled within 24 hours of check-in.

4. Smoking and Alcohol
Smoking and liquor are strictly prohibited in all areas except the designated smoking lounge on the 4th floor.

5. Conduct
Guests must conduct themselves appropriately and respect the property and other guests.
​
6. Liability
Mountain View Tourist Home is not responsible for any loss or damage to personal belongings.

7. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions at any time.
